Seminario Proprietà Intellettuale e Brevetti
On 20 and 21 March will be held at the seat of the Rector of the University of L'Aquila, Via Giovanni Falcone 25, L'Aquila, a seminar on "Intellectual property and patents" in which expert speakers attended by legal and technical on the morning of March 20, will illustrate the various aspects of the "protection" of inventions, including copyright. The afternoon of March 20 and the morning of 21 will be dedicated to patent search using the database "ORBIT".

"La Stampa" Italy’s 3rd ranked daily national newspaper speaks about IP and a workshop organized by Politecnico di Torino last February 12th where Questel IP Specialist Rosella gave a talk on patent searches.

In Chivasso it comes down to patents and intellectual property
The Politecnico di Torino is one of the organizers of a seminar that scheduled for February 12 in Chivasso.
The first part of the presentation the Engineer Giancarlo Notaro della Notaro & Antonielli d’Oulx presented an analysis of the world of patents. The module covered questions related to why we should be patented and what a patent actually is, and then went into detail introducing participants to the patent system, with an explanation of what the patentability criteria are and what the processes for filing applications actually represents.
During the second part of the presentation , Dr. Rosella Osella, Patent Information Specialist for Questel in Italy, described the inherent part of the patent research through which objectives and strategies can be identified and implemented. Finally, the composition and operation of patent databases was addressed. |
