Yet another example of poor PTO management, in this case, in their IT
operations. There are infinite number of additional information services
that the PTO could easily offer to the public for free (starting with
redesigning the idiotically large buttons for things like NEXT, etc.,
which take up half the screen). But none of this will happen until there
is a massive management reform of PTO IT operations. Maybe the next
administration.
