Hi Stephen,

Well if you listen to what Alison Brimelow, President of the EPO,
appears to be saying, the EPO is going to head in exactly the opposite
direction and try what the Japanese did - ha ha ha !!! so much for
trilateral cooperation :-)

To be fair, the EPO don't have the luxury of a unified European court
system (apart from their own limited remit TBAs of course) that will
crucify crappy patents.
