Harry - I can't provide a software tool.

        However, what we do is maintain a list of reference citations
for each application, review all incoming correspondence related to a
specific patent application, and docket attorney review of that
correspondence for potentially new references to be cited in an
IDS/transmitted to foreign associates in related foreign filings. As to
software, we enter manual reminders in our docketing system (CTS) to
ensure the attorney review and follow up actions.

Hello All,
I've been following this discussion list for a few months. I've found
it to be both insightful and very useful, so I thank everybody for their
input.

I've been doing some research recently on software that can help manage
references and information disclosure statements for submission to the
PTO. Can anyone recommend a provider or a software tool? I know CPI
docketing might have a software tool to manage and track references
submitted to the USPTO, but I can't seem to find CPI's website for the
life of me. If I can't find an off the shelf solution, I would be open
to custom solution. If any can recommend a custom software development
shop that specialize in IP that would be helpful also.

Any help would much appreciated!
