Dear Shane,

 

It turns out the number you provide is the certificate number for Taiwan
patent number TW 417402 entitled "Information distribution system
exhibiting demographic affinity". This is equivalent to EP 967804 (DWPI
Accession number 2000-089220) with Derwent title "Information
distribution systems for e.g. advertising". Please let us know if you'd
like a copy of the full DWPI and/or patent.
