the New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Boston:

Sequence Searching on STN

February 15, 2008

9:00 am - 4:00 pm

In this session, learn how to use most efficiently the comprehensive
biological sequence searching resources on STN.
Topics will include:

   - Sequence Code Match Search in CAS REGISTRY

  - CAS Registry BLAST

  - Sequence search techniques for DGENE, PCTGEN, and USGENE

  - Techniques for combining a multi-file search

STN Workshops provide hands-on training to develop skills through
practice, for both new and experienced users.
