[PIUG List] Patent Searcher Salaries?

Hello All,

I am curious and hopeful that someone can provide me with some insight into
earning potentials for patent searchers at various levels and at various
firms. I am current working on my MLIS at Illinois and have a BS and MS in
Biochemistry. I am also plan on taking the patent bar the summer of 2009. I
have been weighing different career option and thing that I would enjoy
being a patent researcher. I currently work in research at a litigation
consulting firm and it pays well. I am therefore interested in knowing what
types of salaries patent searchers command. Thanks for any assistance you
can provide.
