[PIUG List] Questel Announcement: New version of QPAT Now Available

We are pleased to announce the latest version of QPAT which includes,

Patent Number Wizard enhancement
Export in QPAT Workfiles / PatentExaminer
Questel Analysis module in QPAT Workfiles / PatentExaminer

The Patent Number Wizard, used to search patent numbers and order patent
copies, has been improved to identify various patent number formats as
well as being able to identify and extract patent numbers from text. To
use this new feature, just simply cut and paste text from any source
containing patent numbers and voila!

Exports in QPAT Workiles / PatentExaminer have been significantly
enhanced giving you the same powerful export options as QPAT, including
exporting in PDF, Excel, text, WORD, and XML.

Our new Questel Analysis module, available in QPAT Workfiles /
PatentExaminer, is the first project with our new partner, Intellixir
(www.intellixir.com). With this new powerful and interactive web-based
analysis module, you can analyze patents by

- Date, country, priority country
- Inventors and Assignees
- IPC - by IPC including IPC definitions
- Cross analysis by Assignees and IPCs
- additional analysis features will be available in the coming
months

It also features click navigation to the corresponding Workfile records,
and interactive bar charts and displays.
