Subject: [PIUG List] WO Query

 

I often procure US patents (at Patent Fetcher, which I love), but have now
been asked to procure one I am not familiar with. It is Publication Number
WO/1999/060079 (title: Milling Tool with Rotary Cryogenic Coolant Coupling).
I found it at http://www.wipo.int/, but am not even sure it is a patent
rather than simply an application. Could someone enlighten me? If it is a
patent, will printing out the copy behind each of the tabs procure the
entire patent, or is there some other source?
