[PIUG List] USPTO Reclassifying utility patents as design patents?

Perhaps someone from the USPTO monitoring PIUG (or anyone with equal
insight) can advise on why certain 701 classified patents are being
reclassified into design classifications.

They all appear to claim other than ornamental features.
