[PIUG List] availability of Japanese Examiner's reports

Hello

Are the examiner's reports for Japanese patents available online?

Thanks to previous posts I was able to find legal status info using the
Industrial Property Digital Library (IPDL) website and Patent & Utility
Model Gazette DB

The legal status for one patent says it was rejected by the examiner,
see below.


Detailed info of application Kind of examiner's decision(Rejection)
Date of request for examination (24.1.1996)
Date of sending the examiner's decision of rejection (26.5.1998)
Renewal date of legal status (22.7.1998)

Is there wrapper information from Japan or any other source of
information on such documents?
