[PIUG List] Incomplete IPC documentation for chinese utiliy models and patents

Dear all,

we have found some chinese utitly models and patents which database
entries do not reflect all IPC classes from the original documents:

CN 1702364 (missing IPC: F16L21/0)
CN 2745800 (missing IPC: B60N3/04)
CN 2736214 (missing IPC: B65D77/08)
CN 2743657 (missing IPC: B05B1/22)

All examples were published before 2006; the missing IPC class in each
case is the secondary class
