At Patent iNSIGHT Pro we are continuously innovating to meet your needs at
three levels: Product Functionality, Product Delivery and now Product
Licensing and Support. We recently launched the Enterprise version to make
larger deployments easier with corporate customers.
Based on customer feedback we are now pleased to announce the launch of new
licensing plans and support packages to suit varying customer needs. The new
packages are effective November 1, 2008. The key change is that we now have
two licensing plans - Perpetual (One-time) license plan and annual
subscription license plan. We also have two levels of support that have been
defined to cater to different customer needs.
LICENSING PLAN DETAILS
Perpetual License
The perpetual license is a one-time license cost and includes "Standard
support " package (see details below) for first year. Customers can however
choose to avail "Priority Support" package for the first year for an extra
cost. Either support packages can be optionally purchased from year 2
onwards.
Annual Subscription License
The annual subscription license requires license to renewed annually and
includes "Priority Support" package (see details below) for the subscription
period. The subscription helps those customers that wish to pay a lesser
upfront cost and need guidance on usage.
SUPPORT PACKAGE DETAILS
Standard Support Package ("Standard Support")
- Includes full training upon installation (Conducting via a webmeeting
software)
- Email based support for questions and issues with 2 business day (48hr)
response time guarantee
- Remote support offered using online remote support software in case of any
problems arising from usage
Priority Support with Software Upgrades Package ("Priority Support")
- Includes full training upon installation (Conducting via a webmeeting
software)
- Phone based guidance on how-to's and other aspects of the software anytime
during the support period
- Email & phone based support for questions and issues with 1 business day
(24hr) response time guarantee
- Free upgrades to future releases of the software during the support period
(One new release every quarter guaranteed)
- Remote support and consultancy on use offered using online remote support
software in case of any problems arising from usage
