This looks like an application number and an application date. If this is t=
he case, the patent application should normally be published around the 1st=
 of March 2008.

I have a request from a colleague to obtain a copy of a French publication,=
 but the only reference they have is as follows:

"Brevet francais N° 06/07/07680 (01/09/2006)"

I've had no luck in deciphering the format and tracking down the document. =
 Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
