The dutch patent office is in a test phase to allow online file
inspection.
In principle it is the same engine as Epoline.
I don't know when it will be released as the production engine, but file
inspection will become available in the (near) future in the
Netherlands.
he current register is available via
http://register.octrooicentrum.nl/BasisregisterWeb/taalKeuze.do?taal=en.
I assume that once the new register with file inspection will be
released, the current url will be redirected or will display an
announcment.
 
 
The Danish patent office allows inspection of the file via their
register http://onlineweb.dkpto.dk/pvsonline/Patent
