PATMG invites you to a talk at the British Library by Linda Oakley from
"Ideas21" :

 

As a result of her own experiences of having prototypes made and discovering
the difficulties that the lone inventor faces, Linda Oakley has spent years
researching into the problems of bringing an idea to market. Her drive and
vision converted low-key friendly gatherings and her informal network of
contacts into ideas21. The result? Ideas21 is an innovation support
organisation devoted to the successful exploitation of ideas and
intellectual property via networking and education - it works to make IP
understandable, relevant and even interesting to the average inventor.

 

Linda is regularly asked to write articles, book reviews and book chapters
on innovation and intellectual property. She is Chair of Women Invention
and Innovation. In the New Years Honours list 2007, Linda was awarded an
MBE.
