RE: [PIUG List] PCT publications with B1 suffix

As it has been a while, it's so good to hear from you, albeit indirectly. =
I hope all is well.

There are two points I would like to make:

First, Questel's QPAT displays the publication stage (kind code) descriptio=
n with each record.

Second, QPAT covers more publication stages from more patenting authorities=
 than any other resource.

I have sent you separately a sample record with screenshot. My original at=
tempt appears to have been rejected by the list server because of the embed=
ded object.

I recently conducted a search on Micropatent in which a PCT document WO
xxxxxxxxxxxx B1 was retrieved. Since then, every search has retrieved 2 or
3 of these documents. Can anyone explain what they are? I can't find
anything in the archives that explains the designation.
