[PIUG List] Re: Question re 2008 PIUG ballot

Hi AJ,

I was hoping to avoid putting this out on the list, since there are many
full members who did not enroll or renew before the deadline and I didn't
want to confuse the issue any further. It was my oversight to catch the
error when the printer sent me the proofs so they used the same return
address as was used on the outside envelope.

The ballots should be mailed to Ford as specified in the printed
materials. Sorry for any confusion. I was going to send out something
later today directly to all those full members who were current in their
dues by the deadline. It would have been sent earlier today when I was
first made aware of the problem, but 123Signup was down for emergency
maintenance and I couldn't access the system. What is still the plan is
that any ballots mailed to me are going to be collected and sent unopened
to Ford so that he can verify the postmark date.

Once again, I am sorry about the confusion.

Dear Ford and Ken:

I just received my ballot package, and I am confused about where I should
send it. The return envelope is addressed to Ken, but the printed
materials, including the ballot itself, say to send the ballot to Ford at
TPRI. For the benefit of other members with the same question, to whom
should we send our ballots?
