The conference currently has 20 sponsors and there may be another.
The meeting room is Regency DE. The exhibit room was supposed to be Regency
F which can hold 18 tables in a crowded formation. The GOOD news is we are
getting Regency ABC for the exhibit room. Breakfast and breaks will be
there also. And there will be LOTS and LOTs of space. I think the platinum
level sponsors will be able to have 2 tables.
Since the table choices were based on 18 tables in Regency F, I can either
get together with our conference coordinator at the Hyatt and assign tables
at the same relative location or get a new diagram and go through the same
procedure for choosing tables.
