[PIUG List] Patent quality index

The Patent Quality Index was the focus of a lot of buzz in 2006 with IBM an=
nouncing its initiative to create an open-source PQI web resource by Januar=
y 2007. This buzz died in 2007. About the only new development I can find o=
n Google is IBM’s cooperative program with the University of Tokyo,=
 Columbia University and the University of Munich which was announced in Ju=
ly. Activity on Polk Wagner’s PQI has also died off.
