[PIUG List] Registrations for sponsors and volunteers for PIUG NE Conference

Sponsors and volunteers must register for the meeting.

Sponsors:
One complimentary registration is included with the sponsorship. For the
complimentary registrations, the following process should be followed.

If the individual is a member and the member needs to register, they should
start the registration process. The system will automatically bill at the
membership rate. Instead of paying by credit card, the member should
indicate payment by check. A note should also be added indicating that the
registration will be for the complimentary sponsor registration. The
account will then be credited accordingly so that the balance is eliminated.

If the individual is not a member, the sponsor designation should be checked
and the amount billed will be at the proper level. Again, if it is to be a
complimentary registration, indicate payment by check and then include the
note indicating that the registration is for the complimentary sponsor
registration. Again the account will be properly credited to eliminate the
balance due.

Volunteers:
Register as normal.
