Questel invites you to attend our free workshop at the upcoming 2008
PIUG NE Conference:

MMS (Merged Markush Service) Advanced Tips and Tricks

MMS is an extensive chemical structure patent information service for
the Pharmaceutical and Chemical communities. This seminar is for
chemical structure searchers who want to improve their MMS skills for
creating structure queries, have their searches run more efficiently,
and be able to more precisely analyze their answer sets and export their
results.

Topics will include:

* Normalization rules (a review)

* Subset searching

* Housekeeping commands

* Transferring results to Questel bibliographic databases

* Creating reports

To make this seminar more interactive, attendees are invited to submit,
ahead of time, their own tips and techniques to be shared with other
searchers.

The seminar will be conducted by Joe Terlizzi.

Date/Time: Wednesday 15 October, 9 AM - 12 PM
