I was wondering if someone might be able to help me decipher a JP
numbering question I have. I have a patent with the following numbers
attached to it:
JP 02-82726 A (March 23, 1990 - unexamined application)
JP 06-38676 B (May 18, 1994 - examined application)
JP 1909055 C (February 24, 1995 - granted patent)
I have gotten copies of both the A and the B document, but I can not
find a copy of the C document anywhere, including in the JP Patent &
Utility Model Gazette DB.
I am being told by a vendor that the B document is the granted patent
and the C number is "only the Registration Number for the granted
patent", but the publication dates tell me otherwise (B is granted
patent AFTER 1996).
What am I missing here? Is there a JP C document with the number
1909055 on its face?
Thanks,
Anne
