The Pharma/Chem Training Executive is responsible for arranging,
preparing and delivering training to present and potential users in the
pharmaceutical and chemical industries on core products. This
individual plays a fundamental role in educating users, from information
professionals to end user, to get the most out of our products. In
addition, this individual is responsible for the appropriate follow-up,
such as channeling of customer feedback to the sales teams and account
managers in the SBU. The position requires travel to user locations as
well as delivery of product training programs via the internet. The
Pharma/Chem Training Executive will work closely with product managers,
developers and sales teams to maximize the effectiveness of training
activities.
