[PIUG List] Searching: HOW TO START...WHEN TO STOP

Hi All -

Perhaps you can help...

For the upcoming IPI conference I decided to put together a paper on Search=
ing, titled:
Searching: HOW TO START...WHEN TO STOP

I have some notes which I've put together from my own experiences - but am =
open to your ideas, thoughts or feedback as to "What works, and What does n=
ot work". Perhaps you, or one of your associates has gotten lost in the sea=
rch process - an easy thing to do. My idea is by gathering the information =
where the problems are we can create a means for understanding the solution=
.

I have a few ideas for creating tables to help a searcher better understand=
 when they can (and should) draw the search to a close!
