PatentCafe¹s 37CFR Standard Search Report software is a new software appl=
ication that automates patent research and patent search report generation =
for searches conducted in association with the prior art patentability anal=
ysis and filing of US patent applications.

The software automates the following processes:
· identifying most probable US patent classifications / Field of Search c=
lass/subclass for each patent claim · searching US and foreign patent dat=
abases to identify the most closely related prior art (meeting USPTO Examin=
er Guidelines for searching for ³Obviousness²)
· the recording of references and entry of statements of where the refere=
nce discloses prior art to the claim · the compilation of the search hist=
ory, references and patentability statements · generation of USPTO and Pa=

37CFR incorporates artificial intelligence patent search tools with screens=
 to allow for immediate entry of practitioner¹s arguments for patentabili=
ty, providing access to the ³most closely related² prior art in the eve=
nt any reference is ultimately deemed inappropriate, and the identification=
 of another prior art document is needed.

37CFR Standard Search Report Software is 100% Web-based, so there is no nee=
d to install any software on your computer. Testers will only need access t=
o the Internet via Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers. All web communica=
tion is 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted.

Only a very limited number of Beta licenses are being made available on a f=
irst-come, first-served basis, provided Testers comply with the minimum req=
uirements below.

PatentCafe will provide Beta Testers access to the Beta Version of 37CFR St=
andard Search Report software for two cases. Beta software access is provid=
ed to Testers at NO CHARGE, and MAY be used for the Testers¹ commercial p=
urposes and gain.

Beta Testers will be required to:
· Execute a Beta Confidentiality Agreement (Patents pending on 37CFR soft=
ware solutions) · Execute a Beta Software License · Have an active case=
 requiring a Patent Search & Report (must complete the Beta within 2 weeks)=
 · Agree to attend 30 minutes of Web-based training prior to start of the=
 Beta period · Agree to provide a completed Beta survey feedback form upo=
n completion of the search report
