[PIUG List] Orange Book - dates Patents published

I am trying to determine how one would find the official date of receipt
of patents by the office of generic drugs and also the date that the
Orange Book staff enter the information into the electronic orange book.
I can't find a definitive answer on the Office of Generic Drugs website.
Does anyone of knowledge about this area.
