As you are already familiar with PatentCafe ProSearch, let me direct you to
the ³Terms² tab on the left ³preview² screen on the Semantic search=
results
page. The LSA engine will dynamically generate the top 10 terms contained in
each document (including new lexicon) most relevant to your semantic query.
You can then use these keywords in the search-within, the Boolean, or
Heuristic Boolean search strings.
This system is a bit more reliable and timely compared to human-maintained
thesauri or synonym tables that require human maintenance presumably the
reason this type of system is getting prime attention by other up-coming LSA
engines.
