Customer Services Executive

Minesoft is looking for a Customer Services Executive, to support
PatBase and the Minesoft product range in patent information. Clients
are based all over the world. Applicants should be degree level with
some customer services experience as well as excellent problem-solving
and communication skills. Experience of using patent databases is an
advantage. The position will involve demonstrating products and
eventually training clients as well. Daily work solving Help Desk
queries and liaising with IT means that a good knowledge of English is
required.

Minesoft is a multi-cultural company, the working language is English
but other languages are useful, especially German or French.
