It will be impractical to purchase the entire Chinese patent database - it =
has more than 4 million records. You can access it online through the websi=
te of the State Intellectual Property Office of China: www.sipo.gov.cn<http=
://www.sipo.gov.cn/>. You can also access it through this website: http://p=
ub.cnipr.com/enpubpisfts/common/page.do?method=cnSearch. This is an exper=
imental platform recently introduced by the SIPO.
