Good Morning,

The kind code AA was used in the INPADOC formats, in some instances for
conflicting number series in order to distinguish between old and new A1
documents (eg Argentina, Canada, Spain), but the INPADOC formats no longer=
 
exist. They have been abolished and with them, the kind code 'AA '(since=
 
week 18/2007)

For Argentina, the 'AA' code was used for the AR published applications
under the patent law of 1996.09.25 while it was <patent of invention>
under the older patent law.

The spurious AR 29792 AA is stored in the EPO's databases as AR 029792
A1; since it is a patent application under the newer patent law. A1 means=
 
published application.

Dear PIUG,

According to the kind codes in INPADOC for Argentina, there is no code
AA only A1 through A7. I'm trying to determine if Argentina 29792 AA is
a publication or an issued patent.

Does anyone know what the AA stands for?
