[PIUG List] New PIUG Board

Dear PIUG Members:

It is my pleasure to inform you that the new Patent Information Users
Group Board, effective June 1, 2008, was announced at the PIUG
business meeting on May 18, 2008 during the PIUG Annual Meeting.

The new PIUG Board members are as follows:

Chair: Cynthia Barcelon-Yang
Vice Chair: Doreen Alberts
Secretary: Ginger DeMille
Treasurer: Ken Koubek
Director-at-Large: Edlyn Simmons
Director-at-Large: Heidi Stone
Past Chair: Suzanne Robins

I would like to congratulate the new Board on behalf of the PIUG
members. Also, on behalf of the Nominations Committee, Sandra Unger,
Stephen Adams and myself, I would like to thank all of the PIUG
members who took part in the election process.

Also, our grateful thanks to all of the outgoing members who have
given so much for the success of the organization.
