Dear Trevor,
 
For both Japan & Israel, this info can be obtained by using IMS.
 
Japan patent office website does not give a list of patent extensions.
But it does offer a search option to search whter the patent has been
extended. But unfortunately this is in Japanese.
 
I am not sure about Israel.

for pharmaceutical patents in Japan and Israel. Is this information
available on the respective patent office websites?
