Hi Herman,
 
according to http://support.dialog.com/techdocs/file345codes.pdf page 16
D0 means "Patent application filed" ?!
 
>From my point of view an entry in espacenet with the Kindcode D0 is the app=
lication number of an corresponding published GB document (e.g. GB8306048D0=
 --> corresponding GB2118469A) and I suppose that there are no published D0=
 document themselves.
 
But this is only my guess...
