Dear colleagues,
I want to thank all of you who have supported and used the USGENE Genetic
Sequence Database both on STN and via in-house data subscriptions since it
was launched in July of last year. Following many constructive comments and
suggestions, I am pleased to invite our patent sequence searchers to visit
the new home page for SequenceBase Corporation and USGENE at
http://www.sequencebase.com.
In order to help provide an education to those new to the field of sequence
searching, with the permission of Rob Austin and FIZ Karlsruhe, a complete
archive of Rob Austin's past presentations on USGENE are available on our
site. This includes all of his presentations from February of 2007 up to and
including those from the recent PIUG Boston Biotechnology Meeting.
SequenceBase Corporation was proud to be one of the sponsors of that
important meeting.
Needless to say, the expert searchers among us were not left out.
Incorporated into Rob's presentations are a host of useful tips and tricks
for the more expert searchers among us.

A number of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are included on
our site along with a summary of the various USGENE services that
SequenceBase Corporation routinely provides. This includes providing access
to our database via STN as well as our in-house data subscriptions options.
