As of a few months ago, some US provisionals started getting "61" series
codes. For a while, the e-filed cases were getting 61's and paper-filed
cases were getting 60's, or vice versa, I forget which. In other words
there was no single unambiguous date on which 60's stopped being handed
out and 61's started being handed out.
