Hi Stephen,

The US handbook I got from CEIPI 3 years ago (authors: Seckel & Signore)
says the once new 37CFR1.56 came into force on 16 march 1992 implementing
IDS (under 37CFR1.97+1.98). It looks like your memory is still good, but my
information needs confirmation (sorry, no time to check on the internet).
