To All International Patent Search Specialists,

We are second-year Intellectual Property law students at Franklin Pierce
Law Center in Concord, NH. Presently, we are working on a project, a
scholarly law-review paper entitled: "Developing Effective Patent
Search Strategies for Africa."

We are writing to you, as professionals who are familiar with the
importance of managing intellectual property globally, to aide us with
this project. Presently we are looking for a book entitled: "Patents,
from Protection through Information to development," written by
Ferdinand De Laet who was a technical advisor to ARIPO. The book was
published in March 2005 and is critical to the article we are writing
and thus any information as to the whereabouts of this book would
greatly be appreciated as we have conducted an exhaustive search to no
avail.
