The information services part of the Austrian Patent Office is called
Serv.IP. The person within that organisation who is listed as
responsibility for copy services is Eva Rathpoller, e-mail:
eva.rathpoller_at_patentamt.at, phone: + 43 1 534 24 712; fax: + 43 1 534
24 733. I understand that the Austrian Office is utilising some of the
EPO's software for publication distribution, but I could not find their
version of the publications server straight away. In any case, this may
not fit your needs if you need a certified copy.
