Basic Searches
They are done within two weeks, including an average delivery
of 7 business days.
Note: We usually deliver reports within a week. We also accept
RUSH orders with 20% extra charge for every day under 5 business

Complex Searches
They require your approval of an estimate before the beginning
of the search.
Fields like Bio, DNA, Chemical Structures, etc. are considered
to be complex searches.
How we operate
First, we receive the written search request. The searcher
then retrieves the information, unless an estimate was previously
requested.
Finally, we create a report with all the
references and submit it to the customer
by e-media (other options available (paper, CD, etc.)) |
