The presentors: Yves Asaert is the head of Sales for Trademarks for Questel in Europe (outside France) and has been with the company for over 7 years . He has been involved in various stages of product development, particularly with regards to the online products. Roland Gissler is the head of Sales & Support Patents of Questel for Europe outside of France and has been with Questel for 4 years. Before coming to Questel he had a background as Consultant and Sales Manager for patent attorney offices and industrial patent divisions focusing on patent information systems, internal workflow and patent watching.
