The presentors:
Craig Bailey has been with Questel-Edital for over 7 years and has been involved in various stages of product development, particularly with regards to implementing client feed-back. Recently, he spends much of his time conducting seminars in the new-member states of the E.U. on the value of trademark searching and watching.
Yves Asaert is the head of Sales for Trademarks for Questel in Europe (outside France) and has been with the company for over 7 years . He has been involved in various stages of product development, particularly with regards to the online products. Roland Gissler is the head of Sales & Support Patents of Questel for Europe outside of France and has been with Questel for 4 years. Before coming to Questel he had a background as Consultant and Sales Manager for patent attorney offices and industrial patent divisions focusing on patent information systems, internal workflow and patent watching.
