Edital.com: The last version
Searching:
- Search by OWNER has been improved. If you enter several words, the
system will look for both the words together and separately.
For example, for BGB COM it will look for (BGB AND COM) OR BGBCOM
- For a search by OWNER in the French register, the system will no longer look at the address.
Ergonomics of the portal:
- Registers are grouped in tabs by IP Rights and geographical regions.
If you click on "Registers" during a session, you will directly return to the tab of the category you were using.
- The different Views are available in a drop-down menu.
- It is now possible to select the print languages, the export and report formats directly in the toolbar without having to change the preferences.
Views:
- The Essential View contains the content of the Short View + the status and the description of the goods and services (with translations). The price of this new view is 2€.
- The Dual View. List View can now be combined with one of the 3 other Views. The combination has to be set up in the Preferences (Display tab).
You can display the details of a selected name (in the format you set up in your Preferences) simply by clicking the hyperlink on “Appl. N°” or “Reg. N°”.
You can easily resize the left pane (List View) or the right pane (2nd selected View) by clicking on the icons available at the bottom of the screen left of "Items".
Search Report:
- The Search Report is now available in the Standard Mode and includes the list and the details of the selected names. Contrary to the report in the Advanced Mode, it doesn’t contain the last chapter with the full list of names.
- The report is now available in .doc and .pdf in addition to .rtf. The default format is
the one selected for the export. If you selected .xls or .xml for the Export, the default format for the Report will be .rtf.
- The definition of the asked questions in the Advanced Mode is included in the Search Report. |
