U.S. patent repositories in Latin America?

I need to know where (or indeed if) in Latin America there
are repositories of U.S. patents, similar to the Patent and
Trademark Repository Libraries in the U.S. Does anyone know
the anwswer to the question, or where I would be most likely
to find the answer?
The emphasis is on minor countries (ie, not Mexico or
Argentina) such as Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia,
Peru, Chile and so on.
(Since Venezuela has been an oil producer, perhaps the folks
at Exxon or Amoco have some hints?)
