Workshop abstract

The current Chinese economy is entering a critical transformation period.
The macroeconomic stress is reflected in the company’s decision-making process where no company of any size can avoid fierce competition, whether international or domestic, without seizing or maintaining a dominant position in the market.

How can R&D departments protect the technology advancement? How can IP departments help their company maximize the value of their IP assets?

Business owners would benefit following the market trends and the IP practitioners should help to identify and grasp this trend.

Patent Information Annual Conference of China (PIAC) is the first international conference of its kind and size in China, designed to build an international communication and cooperation platform for patent information use.
It brings together delegates from IP offices, in-house counsels, IP attorneys, patent experts, as well as patent information service providers.
