Standard Scope of Services
– Docketing: recording key dates/events in IP management database with all incoming and outgoing correspondences related to patent & trademark matters.
– Backup Docketing in a secondary database, and client’ in-house independently in primary database, and the results are compared to identify the anomalies.
– Docket Cross-Offs: Removing the deadlines from the docket post receiving confirmation from client that response is no longer required to be filed/extension would be taken.
– Rolling out the deadlines to future dates as per attorney/paralegal correspondence


Docket Reminders: Pulling out docket reports and sending reminders to attorney’s for deadlines as required by Attorney.
7 day and 3 day Reminders can be sent via email. However, urgent reminders would be done via email and calls to attorney and making sure that response is filed on time.
