Ms. Phillips has been working in the IP arena for over fifteen years, particularly in the areas of IP-related competitive intelligence and technical patent and non-patent literature searching. She works at Halliburton and serving in their Intellectual Asset Management group as both the head of IP Competitive Intelligence and as a Senior Patent Liaison for the Cementing Product Service Line.

Ms. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Youngstown State University, a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

Eric Moran

Mr. Moran joined Questel in 2013 as an Account Executive with a focus on client relations and product training. In 2016, Eric was promoted to the position of Sales Engineer and has been collaborating with numerous fortune 500 companies in solving their unique IP related challenges, while also continuing to provide training and product demonstrations for Questel users all around the world.

Mr. Moran graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in German and International Studies.
