Inventor Remuneration

The Equinox inventor remuneration module allows users to easily store and track all information relating to inventor rewards, from custom inventor details to payment amounts and statuses.

The inventor remuneration functionality can be enabled via System > System Preferences, which activates the 'Rewards' tab on cases.

Users can create their own custom fields to be used within the rewards module, allowing it to be tailored to individual specific needs.

Reward details can be input on each case, with each reward linked to a specific inventor.

A new report type has also been added to the report generator, allowing full reporting on all reward information stored in the system.
