ISO/IEC 27001:2013 → certified since 2022

Data and technology are in Questel’s DNA, and we take information security seriously. SO/IEC 27001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system. 

This certification demonstrates that Questel has identified its information security risks, assessed its implications, and put in place systemized controls to minimize risk exposure. By establishing and maintaining a documented system of risk management controls, data is safeguarded and risks are identified and mitigated.

ISO 9001:2015 → certified since 2015

ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard for quality management that sets requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving quality management systems. 

This certification provides assurance to clients that we have established effective quality control processes and trained staff to consistently meet these quality requirements around the world. ISO 17100:2015 → certified since 2015
